Coaches Championship Checklist

1.  AELS registration is submitted online – Tuesday, February 27th at 11:59pm is the registration deadline Send   
 2. AELS registration eligibility list must be printed, and signed by the head coach, principal and association representative and brought to Championship/Festival.  Bring  
 3. Hotel is booked –  Book  
 4. Rules of Behaviour form is signed by all players, managers, supervisors and coaching staff  Bring  


5. Cheques are drawn up for:

A. Entry fee of $425 made out to St. Lawrence Secondary School

B. Banquet fee of $30 per person made out to St. Lawrence Secondary School

C. OFSAA participation fee of $3 per athlete made out to OFSAA.


 6. Release of Liability Waiver form is signed by participant and parent/guardian (only required for rugby, wrestling, skiing, football, lacrosse, hockey and gymnastics) –  Not needed for this championship  Bring  
 7. Fill out Team Roster Form & attach a team photo & school logo, which will be used in the official program. Email to We ask that you list your team in numerical order.    Send  
8. Record time, date and location, and arrange to be present at the coaches’ meeting (this event is mandatory)     It is at the Ramada Hotel and Conference Center – 805 Brookdale Drive, Cornwall, Sunday March 4th at 5:30PM  Book  
 9. Have ready for onsite registration an emergency contact name and cell phone number that can be used to contact you during the championship/festival.  Bring  
 10. Record time, date and location, and arrange to be present at the banquet (this event is mandatory)    Ramada Hotel and Conference Center – 805 Brookdale Drive, Cornwall, ON * Banquet Starts at 6pm *  Book  
 11. Send any special meal consideration for the banquet to by February 27th registration deadline.  Send  
 12. Check that all players have appropriate clothing for the banquet – Participants are expected to wear “dress casual” attire. No jeans, shorts, tank tops or hats are permitted.  Bring  
13. Make sure all players have their required uniform – (home and away if possible)  Bring  
14. Make sure all clothing, bags or accessories with club, provincial or national logos on it are left at home.  Leave at home  
15. Email with your requested registration time. Team photo and individual ID cards will be taking place at this time. Ensure players are wearing their uniforms  Book  
16. Email with your requested practice time and location  Book  
 17. Check championship/festival website for souvenir clothing information and help students plan accordingly if they would like to purchase clothing – (send pre-orders to Marc Sauve at    Order  

18. Check championship website for ordering photos - (please complete photovisions on-line form to order photos)

 19. Make sure that AELS registration does not exceed participant limits set out in playing regulations - ONLY 18 PARTICIPANTS PER TEAM (COMBINATION OF PLAYERS AND TEAM PERSONNEL) CAN REGISTER  Send
