PRIOR TO THE EVENT:
1) E-mail your roster & team results spreadsheets to Gary, Pat and Jim by November 20.
2) E-mail a jpeg of your school's logo to Gary, Pat and Jim by November 20.
3) prepare your AELS form and get all required signatures
4) have all participants sign the OFSAA Rules of Behaviour form
5) have each participant sign an OFSAA Liability Form
6) prepare a cheque, payable to OFSAA, equal to the # of student-athletes x $3-. (ex. 35 x $3- = $105-)
1) present cheque for OFSAA participation fee
2) hand in OFSAA Rules of Behaviour form with all signatures
3) hand in individual OFSAA Liability forms for each participant
4) hand in AELS and updated ROSTER form and ensure that they are identical
