2018 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Please note the registration instructions for both Association Convenors and Coaches below.

The Association Convenor must complete the online registration below.  This entry form is for  ALL your association's entries (individual and team).  You will need the following information:

- Coach(es) name, school, email, phone number
- Athlete name, school, association score
- Number of banquet tickets required and any dietary concerns

ASSOCIATION CONVENORS must complete the Registration Form and submit by 11:59pm on Oct. 4th.

COACHES must bring completed  mandatory hard copy forms (see below) with appropriate signatures and championship fees (see below) to registration at Royal Ashburn. Registration will be located at Royal Ashburn from 9am to 6 pm. Coaches will be given supervision (walking with a group) or ball spotting duties at this year's Championship. Coaches are also responsible for their own athletes at all times.
