Registration In addition to the online registration for the tournament (see Registration Information page for details), coaches are reminded that teams are expected to arrive and register at the Ambassador Conference Resort on Sunday, March 7th between 3:00 and 7:00 PM. Registration will take place in the Frontenac Room which is adjacent to the pool area of the hotel. You will be asked for all of your cheques at this time. You will be given the Welcome Packages for you and your players, etc. There will be a table for all of the money issues and a separate area for all of the required forms. Your Welcome Packages will contain coupons for the Boston Pizza on Gardiners Road. We encourage all of you to have your team dinner there. You will be taking your Team Picture shortly after you have completed the registration process, so please have your team in uniform when you come to register. See Team Photographs below for further information. Sunday Shoot Around TimesSunday Shoot Around times are available only at the St. Lawrence College site. Unfortunately there are more teams than shoot around slots available. Shoot around times must be booked through the Championship Convenor (jamess@limestone.on.ca). Mandatory Coaches' Meeting Following check-in and registration, there will be a mandatory Coaches' Meeting on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM in the Toronto Room of the Ambassador Conference Resort. The Toronto Room is located on the hotel's second floor. Athletic Therapy St. Lawrence College and Royal Military CollegeK-TOWN Physiotherapy of Kingston will be providing one therapist for each of these sites for all of the games. They will be one therapist on duty an hour before each session up until the end of the last game of that session. They will be happy to assist both teams in any taping that you need. However, you must provide your own tape and supplies if you would like ankles, fingers, etc. taped before your game. Assessment and/or treatment of prior injuries will not be provided. Queen's UniversityThe Athletic Therapy room will be open for all of the games at Queen's. It is located on the same level as the main gym. There will be one therapist on duty to serve both gyms. The athletic therapy room will be open an hour before the first game of each session and will stay open until the end of the last game of a session. You must bring your own tape and supplies if you would like ankles, fingers, etc. taped before your game. Assessment and/or treatment of prior injuries will not be provided. Team Photographs Team photographs are being done by LifeTouch. They will be taking team photos during your registration process on the afternoon of Sunday, March 7th. You will be asked to have your team in full uniform for the picture. Please respect this as they are providing a complimentary 8 x 10 photo for your team. Below is the order form to fill out even if you are not purchasing any pictures. Please bring this to registration. We have this form under our registration information as well.
