UPDATES (as of Nov. 1/09):

1)  At OFSAA Cross Country, all washrooms will be equipped with hand sanitizers.  Additionally, hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will be available throughout the site. 

2)  Notice to Coaches:
In the event that any athlete on a TEAM is sick and cannot run at the OFSAA XC Championships on Saturday, November 7^th,  alternate runners (past alternate #6) can be entered under the following conditions:
a)  the replacement athlete raced in the regional championship IN THE SAME AGE CATEGORY and FINISHED THE RACE
b)  all required paperwork is submitted (eligibility, supervision, behaviour, practice) by coach

DEADLINE FOR CHANGES: 
- Prior to Thursday midnight:  please contact Mark Arsenault  mark.arsenault@yrdsb.edu.on.ca for changes
- Any changes made after Thursday must be done at registration on Friday, November 6^th, 2009 prior to 5pm.

THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES AFTER 5pm on Friday.
