Registration Options:
Plan A- (Includes 2 nights’ accommodation (May 2 & 3), meals, and sessions)
- Early Bird Registration - $325 + HST = $367.25
- Regular Price Registration - $350 + HST = $395.50
Plan B – (Includes meals, and sessions only)
- Early Bird Registration- $275 + HST= $310.75
- Regular Price Registration- $300 + HST = $339.00
One Day Registration (Includes meals & sessions for 1 day only)
- $150.00 + HST = $169.50
Student-Teachers and High School Student Plans
Student Rate - Plan A (Includes 2 nights’ accommodation (May 2 & 3), meals, and sessions)
- $300 + HST = $339.00
Student Rate - Plan B (Includes meals & sessions only)
- $225 + HST = $254.25
Student Rate - One Day Registration (Includes meals & sessions only)
- $100 + HST = $113.00
Payment Instructions:
Payments can be made by credit card or cheque. Registration form and payment must be received in order to secure your sessions. If you have already registered but have not yet paid by credit card – please click here. If payment is not received within 30 days of registration then registration will be cancelled.
Please make cheques payable to OFSAA. Post dated cheques will not be accepted. Cheques must be received within 30 days of registration or registration will be terminated.

Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be given up to one month before the conference. Refunds will be given for half the conference fee up to two weeks before the conference.
***NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TWO WEEKS OR LESS BEFORE THE CONFERENCE.***
