1.  AELS registration is submitted online – November 18 at 11:59pm is the registration deadline.

2. AELS registration Eligibility list must be printed, and signed by the head coach, principal and association representative and brought to Championship/Festival.

3. Hotel is booked – OFSAA 2017 host hotels are listed on website under the VENUES tab.

4. Rules of Behaviour form is signed by all players, managers, supervisors and coaching staffSEE WEBSITE FOR ACCESS TO DOCUMENT.

5. Cheques are drawn up for:

1. Entry fee of $425 made out to ALMAGUIN HIGHLANDS SECONDARY SCHOOL

2. Banquet fee of $30 per person made out to ALMAGUIN HIGHLANDS SECONDARY SCHOOL

Any special meal consideration has been sent to Debbie.wolfe@tldsb.on.ca by November 20th at 6pm.

3. OFSAA participation fee of $3 per athlete made out to OFSAA.

6. Release of Liability Waiver form is signed by participant and parent/guardian (only required for rugby, wrestling, skiing, football, lacrosse, hockey and gymnastics) – N/A

7. Any other forms that are required are signed – SEE WEBSITE FOR FORMS.

8. Record time, date and location, and arrange to be present at the coaches’ meeting (this event is mandatory) SEE WEBSITE FOR UPDATED INFO AS OF NOVEMBER 20 at 9pm.

9. Have ready for onsite registration an emergency contact name and cell phone number that can be used to contact you during the championship/festival.

10. Record time, date and location, and arrange to be present at the banquet (this event is mandatory)SEE WEBSITE FOR INFO UNDER VENUES TAB.

11. Any special meal consideration has been sent to Debbie.wolfe@tldsb.on.ca by November 20th at 6pm.   (SEE #5.2 ABOVE)

12. Check that all players have appropriate clothing for the banquet – SEE WEBSITE FOR DETAILS.

13. Make sure all players have their required uniform.  SEE WEBSITE FOR DETAILS.

14. Make sure all clothing, bags or accessories with club, provincial or national logos on it are left at home.

15. Check championship/festival website for souvenir clothing information and help students plan accordingly if they would like to purchase clothing – SEE WEBSITE UNDER SOUNVENIRS TAB.

16. Make sure that registration form does not exceed participant limits set out in playing regulations – SEE WEBSITE FOR DETAILS.

17. Team photo time will be booked and posted on WEBSITE once seeding is completed.
