This 2012 Athletic year, Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School is proud to be hosting, along with GHAC, the Girls' ‘AAAA’ OFSAA Soccer championship!
OFSAA is an organization comprised of student-athletes, teacher-coaches, teachers, principals and sport administrators all committed to the philosophy of education through school sport.
The events of the championship will take place from Thursday June 7th until Saturday June 9th. All games will be played at Pine Glen Soccer Centre located at 1520 Pine Glen Road. Athletes, coaches and honored guests will attend a banquet held on Thursday June 7th at the Oakville Conference Centre to celebrate athletic excellence.
Holy Trinity has graciously decided to use this opportunity of hosting the ‘AAAA’ OFSAA Soccer championship to contribute to their community. Each competitor, member of the coaching staff and spectators have been asked to bring 3 canned goods to support Food for Life Canada who work to bring fresh, nutritious food to hungry people living in the Halton Region and beyond, to help them eat and live better. Our goal is to reach 1000 items!
We are extremely excited to be a part of such an exciting event here in Oakville and wish all the competitors the best of luck!
Submission details: Teams are to drop off canned goods at the Oakville Soccer Club (Conference Room) after their teams first match is completed.
