All fees will be due at registration.

The Championship entry fee is $425 and cheques and are to be made payable to:

“Regina Mundi Catholic College”

For all teams, the OFSAA participation fee of $2 per participant should have the cheque made payable to “OFSAA” and is also due when registering.

Entries are due no later than Sunday, November 22nd via the OFSAA AELS System. It is strongly recommended that you get the School AELS password from your Association Representative as soon as possible.  It is suggested if you are a first time user of the system that you go in and run a trial first to avoid problems when sending in your entry. Please ensure that all information is included so that your team may be seeded correctly. For 2009, ALL teams will be seeded.

Banquet/Social

There will be a Championship Dinner at the London Convention Centre which is located at 300 York Street, London at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25th. Per OFSAA regulations, all are required to be in attendance. The cost will be $25 per person and as with your team entry fee cheque, please make payable to “Regina Mundi Catholic College”. This will be a buffet style meal with plenty of choices. Should there be any special dietary needs, you are asked to advise Tracey Swift as soon as possible to allow accommodation to happen.

Medical

There will be certified Athletic Therapists at all sites. They will have supplies to treat injuries that do occur. Should you need them to perform any special taping before your game(s) we ask that you bring supplies for this to be done for you. Any such special taping should be done at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled tip off time. Also, if there are any special circumstances regarding any of your player(s), please have such information readily available.

Parking

Please use the entrance off of Fairview Ave when entering St. Joseph's Catholic High School and park at the North end of the building.

Parking at Catholic Central High School is limited. There is no parking available during the school day. The school is located in the downtown area, and paid parking is available on surrounding streets. The main entrance to the gym will be off of the Kennedy Football Field.
