General Information
The Tradeshow runs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. May 13 in the Residence ( R ) Building. Humber’s address is 205 Humber College Blvd, Toronto. Set-up time for tradeshow vendors will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please park in front of the main doors at the Residence to unload (OFSAA volunteers will be there to assist you). Once you have unloaded, you can park in the lot directly across from the residence building (Lot 1). Parking is free after 3 p.m. so you do not need a pass.
Dinner and Social
We will be having an informal dinner during the tradeshow, so please feel welcome to eat with us (mainly finger foods). A social will follow the tradeshow after 9 p.m., which you are also welcome to stay for.
Accommodation
Overnight accommodation is available at the Humber College Residence at a cost of $67 a night (double accommodation suite, see the attached picture) or $57 a night (single accommodation, dorm room). Taxes are extra. Please contact Lindsey Evanoff (lindsey@ofsaa.on.ca) if you require accommodation.
Prizes
Please bring two prizes with you to the tradeshow. Delegates will have a ‘tradeshow bingo’ card with them, that must be signed by you when they visit your table. Delegates are required to visit each booth to be eligible to win prizes. Their completed card will be used for a draw.
Other Information
- If you require electricity, please bring your own power bar and extension cord, if possible. We will have a limited number with us.
- Each vendor’s company or organization, along with the contact information, has been listed on the main contact sheet that will be distributed to each of the attendees.
- Venders are responsible for returning their space back to its original condition.
- You will receive a package with name badges on a lanyard so you will be easily identifiable as a tradeshow vendor.
- We will also include an evaluation form in your package. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to provide you with an enjoyable tradeshow experience, so if you could return the evaluation to Lindsey at the end of the evening that would be great.
