Please find below a list of basic information that should be passed along to the team(s) representing your association.

Teams are encouraged to check the championship website frequently leading up to the championship for the latest information.

A reminder to ensure the spelling is correct on the AELS forms since this is where information will be taken from for the tournament draws. All AELS eligibility sheets require your signature in hard copy for OFSAA registration.

    Additional Information:

    1. Participation T-shirts

-Every athlete this year will receive an Adidas participation T-shirt.  We have both Men's and Women's sizes.

Please have all athletes log into the Google Form below and select their size.  This will ensure that they receive the correct T-Shirt in their registration packages.  Students who do not complete this form will receive whatever sizes are left over.  Have your athletes use confirmation code "OFSAA2017" to complete the form.

    2. Bring your school tents

-Since we are at the University of Toronto, there is not much shade so it is a good idea to bring a tent with you for shade.  There is plenty of green space to put up all the team tents adjacent to the Tennis Courts.  If your matches are at either Mayfair location, you will be indoors for the first two days and don’t need to worry about a tent.

    3. Tennis Canada APP

-OFSAA Tennis scores, schedule and results will be run through the OTA and Tennis Canada this year.  I suggest you download the Tennis Canada tournament app for all your coaches and athletes as all the results will be posted online through this app.  If you have trouble with the app, the link is below.

Tournament link will be updated closer to the event.

    4. Twitter

-All results will be posted on Twitter: @ofsaatennis

-We (YRAA) have used Twitter in the past for OFSAA tennis and found it was an excellent way to communicate results between the three different sites as well as to all the schools around the province.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me via E-mail leading up to the tournament and during the tournament, you can contact me via cell phone or E-mail.

    ASSOCIATION CONVENORS

    Sincerely,

Shawn Morris and YRAA Tennis Organizing Committee.
