On Campus Accommodation
Rate
• Traditional Single/Double Room: $38.25
• Rate is per person, per night, plus HST
• Double room availability is limited
Residence Description
• Residence rooms include a single bed [mattress size Standard Twin - 75"x36"], desk and closet
• Beds are made with linen and a light blanket (one pillow & case); no soap is provided
• Shared lounge, bathrooms and kitchenette (cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, etc. not provided)
• No daily service or linen changes – guests may obtain a towel and exchange their sheets at the check-in desk
• Washrooms are serviced once a week
• No air-conditioning
• 24-hour desk service
• Complimentary WiFi access
• Complimentary laundry facilities
Check In & Check Out
• Check in time: 4:00pm / Check out time: 12:00pm
• Room keys will be issued at check in
• Lost key fee: $75.00
Parking
• Complimentary with on campus accommodation
• Parking pass issued at check in
What you Should Bring
• Personal toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, body and hand soap, sanitizer, moisturizer, etc.)
• Hand towel, face cloth and towels
• Extra pillows and blankets
On Campus Accommodation Noise Policy
Please abide by the following quiet hours in residence:
• Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm-8:00am
