Coaches Registration
The following MUST be submitted by the coach when registering at Crestwood SS on Monday March 5, 2012 at 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Schools that fail to submit these forms will not be permitted to participate.
Association Registration
- The "Girls Registration Form" & "Boys Registration Form" [both are in Excel spreadsheet format] will be sent directly to each of the 18 OFSAA Association Wrestling Convenors. If you haven't received them by mid-February, please contact Roger Jenkins ASAP. The completed forms must be returned directly to Roger Jenkins, on or before Friday February 24, 2012.
- Entry Fees for your Region/Association: Please collect at your local championships the Entry Fees for each wrestler advancing to the OFSSA 2012 Wrestling Championships and submit them to OFSAA 2012 Wrestling on or before the Registration date [Monday March 5, 2012]. The Entry Fees for each wrestler shall consist of a $43 Championships Fee and a $2 OFSSA Participant Fee. If paying by cheque, please make the one for the Championships Fee payable to "OFSAA Wrestling" and the one for the OFSSA Participant Fee payable to "OFSAA".
- Seeding Report: Please complete for all of the relevant wrestlers advancing from your OFSAA region the following Seed Information Form and e-mail to Roger Jenkins by Wednesday February 29, 2012.
