Registration & Fees


Athlete registration is to be completed by each association convenor online at at the following link address:

A username and password is required to input entries which will be sent to association conveners. 

The interface allows the user to upload a single file of regional meet results.  This will be used to post all the association results and cross link them to the OFSAA results.  For any of the associations done by, results files will be posted directly when they're complete.

If a regional meet uses Meet Manager, upload a backup file (in meet manager file ->backup, not any other exports from it) of the full results and it will automatically parse out all the teams and allow you to select all the entries from drop down lists.  You can select the members to align with who the team wants to advance.  

Beyond that it's all just fill out the form for team / individual entries. 

NB: For Para entries please ensure you select their classification.  For Visually Impaired athletes it will also allow you enter the name of their guide if available.

All coaches are required to submit all forms to their association convenor.

These forms, with appropriate signatures are due to association meet convenor for all athletes who qualify to OFSAA.  

You will need a Google linked account to submit these forms online.   Forms can be submitted by taking a picture, or scanning and completing this google form:

Association convenors are reminded that forms that have not been submitted electronically should be couriered for those athletes qualifying for OFSAA from their association.

The hard copies of forms not submitted electronically MUST be priority couriered by each association convenor to:

    Convenors who collect all their association's forms are responsible for ensuring that their coaches have submitted all the required forms. Teams that fail to submit these forms will not be permitted to participate until the forms have been received.

    All other forms are to be kept in the Association Convenor's possession should they be needed at OFSAA.

        Coaches of OFSAA qualifying teams pay their OFSAA fees to their regional convenor at their association meet, as directed by their regional convenor.  Regional convenors are asked to send just 2 cheques for their whole association.  Cheques must be submitted with registration with the above paper work.

        This fee must be a separate cheque and should not be included in the entry fee.
