This will ensure that deadlines are not missed and that eligibility status is determined well in advance of the season. *An “application” to appeal an Association decision requires a phone call or email to Beth Hubbard ([email protected], (416) 426-7439) giving the name of the student, the school name, and the name of the principal of the school.**  The phone call can be made by the student, coach, parent or other individual.
