Teacher-coaches and Athletic Directors complete all OFSAA paperwork

If you are not familiar with the new OFSAA HUB system, please ask the Athletic Director at your school to assist.

1.Online OFSAA HUB Registration – DUE SATURDAY JUNE 1 AT 11:59PM

 Athletic Directors must start the registration process by completing & uploading the following mandatory forms through the OFSAA HUB:

* If you have multiple age categories attending OFSAA – You can create a “Senior/Varsity” / Gender: “Coed” Team on the Hub. 

Creating one coed team versus male and female teams will not effect race entry, but will cut down on your scanning and uploading

Remaining Mandatory Forms: DUE TUESDAY JUNE 4 @ 3:30 PM

Athletic Directors/Coaches must submit and upload the remaining mandatory forms with appropriate signatures:

As mandated by Rowan’s Law, every student-athlete, coach and trainer is required to confirm they have reviewed the Concussion Awareness Resource and the OFSAA Concussion Code of Conduct.  In order to participate in this event it is mandatory that a confirmation form for each participant be completed and submitted with registration.

Entry Fees

The entry fee is to be paid by each Regional Convenor for their Region with two separate cheques (one for Entry Fee and one for OFSAA Participation Fee). Cheques must be submitted for participation at the Regional meet.
