REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED ONLINE. THE ONLY ITEMS YOU WILL BE BRINGING TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP ARE 2 CHEQUES (OFSAA PARTICIPANT FEE & ENTRY FEE). Please see the details below for who the cheques should be payable to.

REMINDER: ONLY 56 STUDENT-ATHLETES AND UP TO 9 TEAM PERSONNEL (A TOTAL OF 65 PARTICIPANTS) PER TEAM CAN REGISTER. ONLY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS MAY REPRESENT THE SCHOOL AND/OR ATTEND FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES.


FESTIVAL REGISTRATION STEPS:

1. ELIGIBILITY & TEAM/SEASON INFORMATION FORM – DUE TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2024 @ 11:59PM

 

2. REMAINING MANDATORY FORMS – DUE THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21 @ 3:30PM

Items to Review:

The following forms do not need to be uploaded but they are to be distributed to participants. It is recommended that the completed forms are collected and kept on file by coaches. 
Rowan’s Law:

As mandated by Rowan’s Law, every student-athlete, coach and trainer is required to confirm they have reviewed the Concussion Awareness Resource and the OFSAA Concussion Code of Conduct.  In order to participate in this event it is mandatory that a confirmation form for each participant be completed and submitted with registration.
