IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All Coaches must have submitted a hard copy of their supervision form to their regional convenor at their regional meet. ID will be required to pick up packages.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd at 7:30

This is aimed at NEW Coaches to help them navigate their way leading up to and including OFSAA. While aimed at teacher-coaches who are new to OFSAA Track and Field, it also may serve as a refresher for those coaches who may not have attended in a few years or may have a need for specific information.
The Convenors, Chris Reid, Fraser Bertram, and Brad Barker, will be on the call, with me moderating.
If you are coming on the call, you will be placed in a waiting room and let in for the start of the meeting. Please try to be on before 7:30, but we all understand schedules sometimes dictate your availability. I ask that you enter your name and school on your thumbnail picture and leave your camera off.
The covenors will monitor the chat if you have questions as a result of what is being presented.

Team Package Pick-up Times :

June 5, 2025	11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
June 6, 2025	7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
June 7, 2025	7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Envelopes containing athlete competition numbers, coaches’ wristbands, program, and schedule will be available in the Toronto Track and Field Centre, accessed from south southeast corner of the building. Coaches enter from the outside of the building. ONLY teacher-coaches whose names appear on the OFSAA Supervision Sheet submitted via the Regional Convenor will be able to pick up school packages. Teacher-coaches are to ensure they are on-site to distribute bibs to competing athletes from their school BEFORE the athlete competes.

Parents may NOT pick up school packages unless they are the teacher-coach for that school and on the Supervision sheet.
