OFSAA Medal Presentation

  • Medals will be presented immediately after each event beside the track at the 80m mark. Ribbons for 4th to 8th will be presented at the event (field events) or the awards table near the finish line (track events).

Weigh-In Station

Athletes are required to bring their own throwing implements. Implements MUST be checked in at the scheduled time, 2 hours before the event. The weigh-in station is located in the equipment room garage south of the 100m start behind the bleachers (northwest corner of the building).

The general operation of the weigh-in area will be:

ALL IMPLEMENTS MUST BE IN AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Athlete turns in their equipment.

The athlete fills in a form about equipment.

If the equipment is legal, we will impound it until the event.

Implements will be brought to the event site by meet officials.

No equipment will be returned before the end of the event.

When the event is finished, equipment can be returned to the athletes – they must have their competitor number to sign out their equipment.

The athlete must sign the competition sheet stating that they have received the equipment.

Any unreturned equipment is returned to the weigh-in room for pickup later.

Athlete Practice Schedule

The track and facilities will be open for practice before the meet at the following times. This will be for athletes and coaches with wristbands only.
