OFSAA Looking To Fill Job Role!

Effectively immediately, OFSAA will be taking applications for the temporary position of OPERATIONS COORDINATOR.

This is a maternity leave replacement from March 2025 until approximately March 2026.

The OPERATIONS COORDINATOR contributes to the operational efficiency of the organization through the coordination and management of various administrative functions.  This position manages a variety of areas and is an important part of the Federation’s office team. Work is performed in a hybrid office setting 3-4 days per week.

Daily, the operations coordinator works with the executive director, assistant directors, sport coordinators and part-time staff. Frequent contact is also necessary with volunteers such as members of the Representatives’ Council, Board of Directors, committee members, and convenors. Contact is also necessary with government advisors, suppliers, school board staff, and high school teachers and administrators.
