OFSAA’s Devin Gray moving on

Feb 14, 2017 | Uncategorized

It is with immense sadness that OFSAA has to announce the departure of their much-beloved communications coordinator Devin Gray.

Devin has accepted a position with Ontario Basketball as Manager of Marketing and Communications beginning Feb. 16, 2017.

“OFSAA really is an incredible organization and such a complex network of dedicated people who make it run, it will be a sad day to leave,” said Gray. “I’ve learned so much. When I started I had no idea what OFSAA meant aside from provincial high school championships but now I understand the philosophy and guidance it lends to healthy active lives and the holistic development of young people across the province. I’ll especially miss those in the office and regional representatives who I worked with closely. That said, I’m excited to be starting my new position with the OBA and focusing on my sport of specialty, even though I now idolize the multi-sport athlete. Thanks OFSAA!”

Devin has worked with OFSAA in the communications role for the past three-and-a-half years, ensuring positive media relations and brand image for the organization through the OFSAA website, media and social feeds. Devin introduced the Instagram feed @OFSAAGRAM, and the live streaming channel OFSAA.TV as well as overhaul and centralize Championship/ Festival Twitter accounts. Devin was also involved in a number of partner marketing initiatives and produced the Bulletin magazine seasonally.

OFSAA wishes Devin all the very best in his career going forward. For a brief time he will still be reachable at [email protected].
