OFSAA is responsible for the selection of one male and one female high school coach for the School Sport category at the Ontario Coaching Excellence Awards. This award is open to active teacher-coaches with a minimum of five (5) years coaching experience. Nominated coaches must have coached two (2) or more sports in a school year over the period of five (5) years. Please see the attached form for award and nomination details. Nominations will only be accepted from association representatives in the identified regions and are due to the OFSAA Office by Dec. 2, 2013.
