OFSAA Football Bowls

TORONTO (November 23, 2012) – The OFSAA football bowls for the 2012 Fall season will begin Tuesday starting at 8:30am with the Northern Bowl and concluding with the 31st Metro Bowl at 8:00pm with all five games taking place at the Rogers Centre. 

The annual championship features five games and crowns winners for the Metro Bowl, Western Bowl, National Capital Bowl, Golden Horseshoe Bowl and Northern Bowl.

This year’s Bowl Game series schedule is as follows:

6:00 am.

City TV Breakfast Television Pre-game Show

8:30 am.

Northern Bowl – St. Mary’s College (NOSSA) vs. Sir Winston Churchill CVI (NWOSSAA)
Presented by City TV’s Breakfast Television

11:15 am.

Golden Horseshoe Bowl – Lakeshore Catholic (SOSSA) vs. M.M. Robinson HS (GHAC)
Presented by Marchant School Sports

2:00 pm.  

National Capital Bowl – St. Joan of Arc (GBSSA) vs. Frontenac SS (EOSSAA)
Presented by Gatorade

5:00 pm.

Western Bowl – Assumption College School (CWOSSA) vs. W.F. Herman (SWOSSA)
Presented by Pizza Pizza

8:00 pm.

31st Metro Bowl – Huron Heights (YRAA) vs. Don Bosco CSS (TDCAA)
Presented by the Toronto Sun

Ticket Cost is $15.00 each at the Rogers Centre Box Office or in advance through ticket master online or at 1-855-985-5000.

Last year saw Donald A. Wilson S.S. (Metro Bowl), A.B. Lucas S.S. (Western Bowl), Frontenac S.S. (National Capital Bowl), Nelson H.S. (Golden Horseshoe Bowl) and Superior Heights (Northern Bowl) all take their respective championships.
