Effectively immediately, OFSAA will be taking applications for the full-time position of OPERATIONS COORDINATOR.

The OPERATIONS COORDINATOR contributes to the operational efficiency of the organization through the coordination of various administrative functions.  There are specific responsibilities in the areas of publication production, maintenance of policies and records, management of merchandise distribution, and meeting coordination.

Daily, the operations coordinator works with the executive director, assistant directors, sport coordinators and part-time staff. Frequent contact is also necessary with volunteers such as members of the Representatives’ Council, Board of Directors, committee members, and convenors. Contact is also necessary with government advisors, suppliers, school board staff, and high school teachers and administrators.
